we wrote our first business plan! We opened our store with the shoes called "ButNib. It was a difficult task, but the joint efforts we managed to create the first business plan. Obmyśliliśmy that will result in retail sales, but introduced a new service, because people will be able to call us and tell us what shoes they need, and we will bring them a few selected styles of shoes. I wonder how such a service funkcjonowałaby in reality? It might be worthwhile to try in the future? ;)) We calculated the All costs of our company, or what we will have revenues, and what income? How much we'll need to spin the company? And do not splajtujemy? We came to the conclusion that the start is to take credit, because the "spin" business need a lot of money! Then we developed our mission, then an advertising campaign;)
Today's classes were very interesting, learned to write a business plan! Some of us certainly has the ability to be useful in the future!
